Still there where I moved it. When I left today he was out and looked at me and then sheepishly looked at the bin and then back to me. I will keep you posted.

If it moves again, empty it on his lawn or catch it on fire.

I am thinking of having Scamp come by to video tape the whole situational and put on Scamp telly.

I think you should move the bin again tonight, not back to it's original position but just a couple of metres to the right or left. Keep them guessing.

Do you have a bin of your own? Put your bin in the place his bin used to be, that way neither he, nor anyone else will be able to move it back - the only risk you run is that he will fill your bin with his trash as well... :-)

Would be fun to do, just to see what happens.

Get a live webcam, the BinCam, pointed at it -- see it become a viral video and shoot up in popularity -> profit!

It's a genuine concern for him -- I take it then, that you yourself do not favor cleanliness or hygiene yourself?
