Still there where I moved it. When I left today he was out and looked at me and then sheepishly looked at the bin and then back to me. I will keep you posted. :)
If it moves again, empty it on his lawn or catch it on fire.

I think you should move the bin again tonight, not back to it's original position but just a couple of metres to the right or left. Keep them guessing.
