That's very impressive, especially the first one, love the colours. Something like that on the wall will just brighten up any room.
Abstract was my suggestion half jokingly when you first started, anyway I kn ow stuff all about art. I gave up on paintings when I was completely underwhelmed viewing the Mona Lisa.
Well done indeedy.
"The supreme irony of life is that hardly anyone gets out of it alive."
Dear boy I think everyone was rendered speechless by the way you captured your subject.
Methinks a veritable masterpiece.
With seeming effortless ease you have used colour and perspective to provide an almost photographic image of the moment.
Your deft brush strokes have given this work the all hallmarks of greatness with movement and life a plenty plus deep soulful eyes which follow one around the room.
I have printed a copy and Matron says if I take my medication tonight without the need for restraints, I can put it up on the wall.
And Relax.........

Jaunty tits on her.
Good effort, Noony. I've not painted for years as music was my medium for so long, but it would be interesting to see how much of a mess of it I would make if I attempted to paint again. Think I'll stick to photography...
this last one was inspired, not quite downright copied from a lesson on youtube by an abstract artist.
youtube rocks.
hope they don't close it.
Nice effort. I like a bit of painting myself and have just finished painting my little cabin in the rice fields. It's made from lolly sticks, chopsticks and toothpicks, so I are not quite in the same league as you, but it was fun none the less.
