You've got 2 choices:
Get a lawyer and step up to the plate or cut and run? Do you want her to give a couple of dog boys B10-20K to take you out? It's time to go. You shouldn't have slapped her, but then again, after chasing you around with a kitchen knife, a report filed with the police, and neighborhood witnesses you could claim self-defense. But really, she sounds crazy enough to have you killed.

In these type of situations I normally do what the thais do.

Act dumb.

Yes, the next time she confronts you smile, say nothing, look stupid for about 30 seconds and then turn and walk away.

If she continues to threaten you with criminal action go to the police yourself and report the incident exactly and as it happened. It will completely fuck the police, a farang going in and to report an assault that he actually committed but make sure you go with the prior break-in and attempted assaults police reports committed by your ex-girlfriend. Claim self defence.

Apart from the above advice I would just disappear, change all your contact details, have a face lift, dye your hair and move as far away from her and her family as possible.

Thing is though, unless you are as wise and as careful as I am - they all start out quite normal and only show their true colours when it's too late. The same thing happened to me with Pob the muffin woman.
