There is another one,"why drink and die while we can smoke and fly"
Few weeks ago I got an email off my jewelry site from this anthropology student that wanted to study jewelry making in Chiangmai. He arrived yesterday. Took him on a walk around the city today got him hooked up with an internship. When we were to meet up he calls me. I tell him meet me at Chaang Pueak gate, i'm 6'2" and have been told I look like stalin. He says, "Ok i'm 6'5" have dread locks and am wearing orange fisherman pants...."Originally Posted by ChiangMai noon

Well coc's too hard IMO and would take ages to get rehabilitated if addicted. Those who do coc start acting weird for example the guy in your av.Originally Posted by mad_dog

Decide to quit, get yourself a bag; leave town. when the shit's gone crash, eat, get on wth you life. Was doing an eightball, or more, a day when I quit. took an eighth on the road. was gone in the first 200 miles. drove another 700 checked into a room onthe coast in Washington. Came out two days later tripped around the sound on a boat and in a car. Got back three weeks later, never been tempted to touch it again. Still love the smell tho.
Smoke fucks me up. Especially after a few beers.
Cocaine is crap. A complete waste of money (not that I've ever bought any).
Booze is the one for me, except my belly may disagree.
The coke I've tried in LOS has always been shite, don't bother with it anymore, unless someone happens to be bringing a load down from the kok.
Ketamine, now that shit is crazy.
Will power Frankie, will power. Most people they don't have it thus takes long time for rehabilitation. I've personally witnessed hundreds of coc and heroin users going through rehab program tens of times and relapsing again and again.Originally Posted by friscofrankie

I must say your will power's remarkable mate.
"Dope will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no dope"
Still rings true today.
Never been a coke man, or an E man (I was always on this side of the decks)
I ain't had a joint in over 2 years, but still miss it. A few beers and a couple of spliffs and I'm well mellow.
Coke...when its good is very good.
E's and speed are great when clubbing, but the next day can be a nightmare.
Acid, NEVER again.
Dope and beer/wine.............11.00pm munchie time, god I miss that.
Landlubber.
It'a all good!

Don't let them use you, you use them
Wicky wicky wicky!
Some spine chilling and mind blowing pictures that I took back in 99 while working as a program manager for the united nations.
After taking their case history, we found out that most of them started with dope but switched to coc or heroin or both when they couldn't get high with dope anymore.
They then became injecting drug users once chasing the dragon failed giving good results. Now most of them are suffering from hepititas (how the fock do you spell it) B, TB, and are more at risk to contract HIV.
Have a look:
God I hate to see people suffering.
Conclusion: Don't do drugs.
Approximately 90% of the prople I know, have known are smokers of dope, an infintecimally small number have gone on to use heroin.Originally Posted by Macha
Granted plenty take coke recreationally, but I'm with frankie...it's not addictive...if it was I wouldn't be sat here drinking a nice cup of coffee this morning.
Chances are of course that heavy drug users will have started with less heavy drugs.
Alcohol is a bitch.
Don't do drugs if you can't handle them mate.
A lot of people IMO use drugs as an excuse. There'd be ****s regardless IMO!
As per records with the united nations most of them started with dope and later on switched to more addictive drugs.
I went to mountains, in caves and under bridges for counseling these poor focks, obviously risking my life as drug pushers were mostly around. Most of them did come to the treatment centre after counseling session but 96% relapsed.
Most of them went through rehabilitation program tens of times just to relapse. We even took a step further to reduce the relapse rate. We created a project called "Project Jeep". We set up a garage where we hired technicians (with no drug record) and sent the recovering drug addicts for skilled training. They would go throug detoxification program for a month, then shifted to rehab program for another five months and finally moved to the project jeep. They would learn how to re-condition scrap jeeps and were paid monthly salary (well paid them 10% of their salaries, 90% paid to their parents or wives as long as the risk of relapsing was high).
Once they became full fledge mechanics, we would require them to train the new comers (recovering addicts) and make some jeeps. We would then market those jeeps in the mountainious parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan where the demand's high. The money that came from selling the jeeps were used to pay their salaries, utilities and to further expand the project in order to accommodate more recovering addicts for skilled training.
We busted our arse to set this project but still the relapse rate remained high, lower than before, but still not to our expectations. The guys would make excuses to see their families and on the way home they would stop by to have dope and eventually relapse.
Fock I spent many years of my life helping these bastards but could only manage to have a handful of clean people.

Yeah but Macha after the Iraq debacle (sp?) do you really trust the UN??? I'm sure I read somewhere you didn't
But good on you mate, good on you.
I really don't trust them anymore KK. I think they're puppets of the US.
And from reading certain books and watching filums....ain't the old CIA involved in drugs in the US???
Fucked up world to be sure....ciggies legal and kill loads of people. Puff illegal and never killed anyone (from what I can gather). But yeah I suppose it can be a gateway drug but then so can booze and ciggies!

Hepatitis mate.
Snorting cocaine is not physically addictive only mentally. Smoking it now thats another story. I was doing the same as frankie, about an 8 ball a day when I moved here. I had no syptoms of withdrawl at all. I was just so happy to be here and on Samui. Swam everymorning, ran on the beach, and had access to good smoke and booze. Never really even thought about it. So I sure as hell didnt miss it.
^ Never could afford to get even close to charlie addiction....how do they afford like a gram or two a day???
Steep shit!
When I was trying to knock the other on the head for a Saturday night bit of fun me and my mate cooked up some rocks and in the space of a few hours we'd caned around 300-400 Quids worth.....which brought me right fucking down to earth (albeit with flashing shit in front of my eyes when I went or wanted to sleep).
Mr. S explained why once but valleys made me well ill when coming off them....sick everywhere worse than anything else IME.
You better not go to Wales then , boyo!@!
Took me a while.
I went to Wales a few times...but the last time THEY had the AUDACITY to call ME, YES ME....A FARMER! You what???
