Did anyone just feel an earthquake in Chiang Mai?

It shook pretty good here in Mae Jo just a minute ago.

Scary like shaking. Under the table scared.

Just this minute there was a quake here in CM.

Stronger and longer lasting than the one a couple of days ago.

    Still just a tremble, though.

    Anybody else?

    Earthquake in Myanmar

I wonder how far afield people felt that?

    Nearly spilled me coffee.

Nothing here MK. Saw notification on phone but didn't notice anything. 5.9 is a moderate one.

There are hundreds every day but they're not 5.9 and they're not near us.

Well there's always a moment where you wonder if it's going to get worse but it was basically 5-6 seconds of swaying and then over, at least here.

As I said, it might have spilt my coffee but I'd drunk half of it.

Yup. An earthquake with magnitude < 7.5 or a storm less than category 4 are all Pfft!

@harry - sorry for the spilt coffee though I'm glad that you've drunk most of it. TD needs a caffeine-fueled vigilant Harry.
