Cangilones de Gualaca, great little canyon for diving and swimming. It's about thirty minutes from the "big" city of David in Chiriqui, Panama.

Have they settled in Boquete? If so, they've chosen a nice place for those who like mild weather, quiet streets, cheap booze in the mini markets, and easy access to a bigger city with most mod cons.

^...not sure...apparently, it's a rather gringo-ized settlement: a number of former US military officers and Canadian snowbirds...

I was at a conference last year - people don't realise but proper handwashing has a HUGE effect of the spread of disease in hospitals, and everywhere else.
It makes my stomach turn when I see people piss, splash their feet, wipe their hands on their trousers and return to the meal or drinks.

So make the effort - good handwashing (and then DRYING them) is a low cost action that works.

And even worse - they did a study in hospitals and the worst group for handwashing were NEUROSURGEONS!!! FFS!!

I am home and my Choco Lab follows me everywhere. She killed a snake yesterday and probably 10 or Jingjoks.

    Surveying the action

^^^ I don't want to be pedantic, but.... a group of tortoises is called a 'creep' of tortoises.

Lovely looking animals. I once had a 'creep' of turtles I rescued from the market to make merit. The poor things were stuck in a bucket on top of each other waiting for someone to 'rescue' them, thus making merit. I got them home, released them with my daughter to watch them waddle down to their new home, and two died before even making it the 2 or 3 metres to the pond. These things can put you off Buddism.

Oh I know Mendip. I joke with NPT because there was a joke about betting on some races and we called them a hard.

These 4 have about 2 rai to random just cruise. They love after I mow as they eat up the fresh growth.

Me toenails weren’t what I had in mind when framing that pic.

I suppose more will come to light as well when it’s forensically examined and dissected by Smeg, taxexile, LatinPrancer and the rest of my fan club.
