Or is one fixed and one mobile?

Does this mean if one fails the other comes on automatically ?

Excuse I'm not very bright about such innovations, very happy to pay for faster, TOT are very helpful even send an engineer on Sundays, but they say I'm getting the ax available here in the sticks
