The question is, should women diet or at least eat sensibly, and if so for what motivation; your desired image or their health?
Although I make light of lard-buckets, I concede that it is not easy to lose weight when 95% of the products in the supermarket are pre-packaged crap, and stuffed with sugar.
Since going on a healthy diet, almost everything in my local supermarket is no longer purchased by me, because it is - to put it bluntly - totally unhealthy shite, stuffed full of sugar, sweet flavourings, nice colours, nice shapes etc.
Pre-packaged and processed food manufacturers are as bad as cigarette manufacturers, when it comes down to consideration of their customers' health.
