Happy for you. Sounds like it all came out exactly as you hoped.
Just make sure there's no shennanigans in putting the land in the kid's name. There is heaps of precedent of people selling off land that was supposed to be inviolably in the kid's name.

Well I think I need to go see a shrink, my Bday today never had anything off the witch for years, she goes out this morning comes back with a pair of Adidas trainers and a bottle of JD.

I'm laying in bed and she says happy Bday darling, I'm completely gobsmacked I say thank you, not much else, except that she needs to speak with son as he thinks she doesn't love him.

Son comes back from school this afternoon and she goes to speak with him, son comes out to minutes later and announces mama want to go to UK with us.

If you do it yourself in Thailand the passports will not be sent to you directly but through the Brit Embassy outsourced passport service at Trendy building in Bangkok .
As the kids are young. you would need to attend for interview with the application - no need for the wife but if still married you would need a letter from her stating her agreement.

Ty Happy I've already been in contact with The UK passport office I'm doing it from there lucky enough it's in my home city.

The link you posted I contacted before via email and it came back that I had to contact via a different dept a and the cheek fekkers charge for the emails.
