The reason why people like to let off steam when they first come over here (and i did the same and still do occasionaly) is that there is no where else relevant to do it, and also when the idiots ban you over there, you have no way of contacting people as obviously you no longer have the pm function, that's what really fooked me off the first time (now standing at 4) they banned me, i had just lost my phone the previous week aswell and it was a headache getting back in contact with everyone.

Basically the only 2 forums i use now are secrets and here and on both these forums if i have some complaint or whatever i can say it here no problems, which is the way it should be, not like that Mary Poppins moderated forum where you can't say boo to a goose.
