Who cooks your end?
I like cooking and my cooking.
after many years I can source most of equipemnt and ingredients for my limited repertoire, bar mousska and rack of Lamb none fresh hereabouts alas.
However my Thai partner who is an excellent cook can cook Farang food pretty well and of course local dishes as well as a restauarnt or better.
So Monday to Friday its her, weekends me or restaurants, of course on winter nights an oven full of cake or roast dinner warms the house and wafts delicious aromas throughout.
