Yet, not representative for some...

Following the food poisoning after eating the wife's delights last year, I do the cooking. I always cooked the western style food anyway but now I cook or oversee her cooking, whatever it may be.

TBH she cooks very well if the ingredients are fresh and it's on a charcoal fire. However, thawing frozen food, storing cooked food, and using ovens and grills is a couple of chapters too far into Good Housekeping....

Carefully selected restaurants. ..... and my slow cooker.

My wife cooks the Thai food and I cook the farang food.
Luckily I prefer Thai food.

after many years I can source most of equipemnt and ingredients for my limited repertoire, bar mousska and rack of Lamb none fresh hereabouts alas.

However my Thai partner who is an excellent cook can cook Farang food pretty well and of course local dishes as well as a restauarnt or better.

So Monday to Friday its her, weekends me or restaurants, of course on winter nights an oven full of cake or roast dinner warms the house and wafts delicious aromas throughout.

OK... on my bell-end *snigger... I do most of the cooking - because I am usually home before Ms lovely and I love cooking my end.. heh.

I'm not the best cook here (not by a long cum-shot) but I am learning from the jizz masters of TD.

M'Sahib in freestyle mode again today, doing a variation of prawns in yellow curry, with a lot of vegetables instead of rice:



She didn't have a name for it, and I thought for a moment about a joke I'd seen recently, but then thought 'better not suggest that'.....

Wife cooks all but a couple days a year. I always do thanksgiving and xmas.

Thoroughly enjoy cooking. I probably spend more time thinking of the next recipe experiment than I do about sex. So yes, several times per minute.

We recently moved into a ground floor condo with a large private court yard area, so am currently thinking up new BBQ ideas. So far I'm thinking of roasting and peeling some red, yellow peppers (so they get charred and soft), then wrapping slices of that around some pesto marinated chicken (which itself is already wrapped by a basil leaf). Then onto skewers, alternating with large cherry toms and chunks of halloumi cheese.

A big one is trying to think up a way to get a traditional western xmas dinner onto the BBQ (thinking of doing a butterfly turkey roll stuffed with cranberry sauce and stuffing, and glazed in gravy).

I'd thought sloane's or Bunters, but looking on both their sites and they don't seem to stock it. Hopefully they will closer to xmas.
