    Well, no.

I read the thread frequently because I find the whole thing fascinating and am still weighing options.

Earl's ludicrous, sophomoric, fanatical, self-contradictory, ranting and raving and throwing about buzzwords he clearly doesn't understand is just a byproduct. Much like his piss.

Some people made some nice short-term gains in the last day. Everything 10-30% in the last 24hrs.

earl has a point of view and defends it reasonably well

you (ant) like in the speakers corner never offer an opinion on the topic of the thread because you're terrified you might actually have to defend it.

go shit on another thread, ant.

    Go fuck yourself, hypocritical copper!

Nobody is forcing you to read my posts or engage with me. You just like attention and to whine. A lot.

If you had pretended to short yesterday, how much could you pretend to have made?

We will have to see how well BTC recovers

Both it and ETH have some issues to face up to in the near future

You occasionally come across as a sensible investor, then go and ruin it with dumb fantasies of making money by shorting at the bottom.

ECB warns banks about holding digital currencies

European Central Bank President Mario Draghi told the European Parliament the ECB's supervisory arm is exploring possible financial-stability risks from digital currencies, even though supervised institutions show little interest in holding them. Draghi warned that digital currencies are risky and that banks should "measure the risk of any holding of digital currencies in their portfolio accordingly."
Hey dragon, do you believe the major banks and financial institutions are not invested in cryptos, both existing and in development?

Or that they had no hand in the recent slaughters that allowed them to harvest at bargain basement prices?

That's inconceivable. They know blockchain is here to stay, that it's suited to many applications, will eventually be embraced for secure, speedy and efficient fin transactions, which makes the next logical step to manoeuvre for control. Imho they don't trust each other, and while publicly talking it down some are quietly 'investing' in what they recognise as future tech, both as investors in existing currencies and developers in new ones.
