PBOC official concerned about cryptocurrency innovation
Pan Gongsheng, vice governor of the People's Bank of China, has raised concerns about trading of digital currencies, according to an internal memo. "The financial work conference clearly called for limiting 'innovations' that deviate from the need of the real economy and escape regulation," Pan said in reference to a meeting of regulators and policymakers.

conversion+withdrawal+conversion +withdrawal (eventually) has too many transactions against constantly moving values. Better to avoid small withdrawals, consolidate a bunch of alts into ETH or BTC and then heave the lot over in one go.

you mean they lost again all their coins because the exchanges did a runner ?

so much for being safe and trustworthy,

none of those brokers and exchanges are safe, they have no counter party risk or insurance, and completely unregulated, they basically can fook off with your money and get away with it

hence why regulators will shut them all down or ask them to become fully regulated,

    either way, game over

Hedge funds hit jackpot with cryptocurrencies
A few hedge fund managers invested heavily in cryptocurrencies in 2017, while many institutional investors steered clear. Eurekahedge tracked nine cryptocurrency hedge funds, which collectively spiked 1,167% last year.

[QUOTE] Bitcoin to crash AGAIN? EU set to create new regulations that could make price plummet
BITCOIN price could be set for another dramatic fall after Luxembourg's Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna suggested the European Union could soon unleash new cryptocurrency regulations [QUOTE]

Earlier on Tuesday, Finance Minister Kim Dong-yeon reiterated that a ban on crypto trading is still very much a “live option”.

CoinDesk contributor Omkar Godbole believes that the crypto community is rife with concern about the future of bitcoin in Asia.

He said: “Comments on social media indicate there is unease in the investor community over talk of a cryptocurrency trading ban in South Korea and further possible crackdowns on trading and mining in China.”

On Tuesday Chinese authorities reiterated their commitment to cracking down on bitcoin, and South Korean regulators are pushing forward a bill that will put a stop to crypto trading in Korea.

Out of DOG, EVX, GNO, OMG, REP, XRP and XZC that I want to put away, Exodus (which looks great) can only hold OMG and REP.

Anyone know a decent Desktop Wallet out there that can hold most of these Alts?

    Cheers.

Probably the same place you are on up weeks. Round and round it goes.

Main difference being they have a vested interest while you're just here to pop up randomly like whack a mole....

I've ordered another one, allows to save 8 coins on two Nanos without the hassle of deleting and reinstalling apps; 4 tops on one and riff raff on the other.
