How good is this for 550 baht a bottle in a bar, you pay that for corkage in some places.

Wonder what it costs in Makro or wherever they get it.

It's really quite palateabul and nicer than your Mont Clairs or that inky Peter Vella. And check out the strength...

    Mmm cheese

Distilled rice wine - varies in strength but some can be catastrophically strong - ask in a bar, not really my thing but had some serious memory lapses on that with everest beer.

For a different spin on chilis, ask for Dalle Khursani they are the Nepali round ones - look like cherries - used to have drinking seshes gambling on how many you could eat. The next day was never good. A good refreshing drink is soda, lime and salt (noon) - good for hangovers.

I just got back home and explained to my young daughter that there will be a new family regime.

No more sitting with the dogs for an evening Leo. From now on, after homework, a 5pm walk/jog with one of the young dogs, followed by some exercising and a swim.

I then delivered the dog food to our elderly neighbour, and she brings out the Ya Dong... (and some fried ball things)

What can ya do? I had to have a couple to be polite.

Its easy to see how I will slip up. It's a good job that the first day of my new regime fell on a Friday, one of my days off.

Both of these were new to me.

I don't like Pilsners, but this one is a crafty beer light and flowery IPA style pilsner; quite drinkable in a way Papillion would find agreeable. The IPA was OK too, but some noisy fuker came in, sat behind me and just irritated me, so I was on my way home without getting cream-crackered. I didn't completet all the work that I wanted to though, so I may have to go out later...
