It's bloody cold here in Oman.

I went to LuLu and browsed the portable heaters, but was unwilling to part with 20 rial (about 1,600 baht); instead I got a new balaclava. I will wear it to bed tonight...

If I move back to Thailand and enter the construction business (or protest business) then I'll only need to invest in some flipflops then I'm away...

It cost 6 rial (480 baht) which I thought too much, so prefered to think of it as saving 14 rial and getting a new look. I won't need to bother about haircuts (or even brushing my hair) until the winter is over.
