There's nothing you can do though in that case - your connection has been severed and it's up to who ever tells the IT guy what to do to get it turned back on again.

it is a very small company.

<i agree there is nothing i can do and i am resigned to use an internet cafe.

note that i am not using good caps or other written terms as i am in an internet cafe with limited functions.
