Having a Nigerian lady doctor removing a large tick that was securely fastened to my anal sphincter after a "dump" in the bush !
What made it worse was all my mates crowded into the room, beers in hand, pissed as rats and making very unkind comments !

Makes me thinking about it now but was not amused at the time !

Yes, the audience in developing countries is quite disconcerting.
