And then promptly got himself run out.

Did he really? I missed that little stat. To be fair, it was a pretty marvellous run out. Most times the batter would have been safe.

They are gifting Aus too many, a three day test?

NZ create history in stumping the first two dismissals in a test, but then let Pakistan off the hook with a few dropped catches.

Black Caps 440/6 at the end of the third day in Karachi. Pakistan at 438. Another 70 or 80 by the Black Caps could make this interesting.

End of day 3 yesterday SA trail by 371 runs and are 1/15 having lost their opening captain late in the day. Aussies yet to bat a second time.

These stats look good for Aus but it’s a batters wicket and we have two injured bowlers who may not be able to bowl at all blunting our attack. Today will be telling… we’ll either skittle them today and win by an innings or the match will end in a draw with no chance of either team bowling 10 wickets…

I predict that the two young batsmen with great potential at the moment are Travis Head from Australia and Harry Brook from England.

Both are brilliant attacking players and have youth on their side.

    Great win for the Aussies.

Eazy Pezzy and with a day and a million runs in hand.

Pakistan 438 and 77/2 going into day 5

Black Caps 612/9d Kane Williamson 200 not out.

The surface is pretty dead not offering the quicks or spinners much...this will probably go to a draw.

^Yep, only seems like months ago though that England were down there praying for rain to save them from yet another 5-Fuckall whitewash

I'm watching the game now, well it's on in the background at least, and am really disappointed that SA are performing so badly. Was hoping to see some good cricket and close games in this series but it's all been one-way traffic so far.

The Saffers have a good bowling attack but have struggled against the Aussies.

We will see in 6 months how good the Aussies are in the 5 day game when they take on the Poms on their home pitches.

I am looking forward to the next Ashes series which should separate the men from the boys.

Showing your passion for something should not to be considered weak Mike.

Maybe you Poms should show some similar passion but hang on, you have a Kiwi manager to teach you now. And if he fails the Aussie coach can show you how to do it.

Or maybe your Kiwi Captain can stay out of jail long enough to teach the unwashed to bathe regularly.

Need to set some pararameters up before the next Ashes starts for banter, the first being if brittles are serious or just winding non brittles up when/if they say they think can win.

oh so getting caught and then blubbing like a 3 year old is passion The way the weather has been down under they'll have had a good opportunity to try out wet and dry paper in readiness for the UK summer.

Yes it was a most unfortunate mistake by a few.

But anyway lets get on and show who is supreme and who is not.

Let the best team win in the next Ashes Series.
