    A pair for Pope.

He's faced three balls in this match.

Well this is going well. Eng this series are only in the contest due to 3 or so good knocks, very average that aside. The bright point is 3 young spinners getting wickets and experience in India.

But waiting for it to turn into a La Brea pit is getting old.

So, 220 lead would be good.

^ When are you going to learn... We would have gotten a 250 lead if hadn't've made that post.

Can we take some early wickets? Tonight, 20 mins of play, pick up 2 wickets?

Yeah, that was the opposite of the required.

    Feeling pessimistic about this game/series.

Yeah, so as I was saying about being optimistic enough to say you're showing cricket in the pub on Tuesday...

"GAME. ON." might be a tad optimistic - they need 45 runs or so with 7 wickets; even England could achieve that.

Watching the game with interest and some positives for the Poms.

This new spinner looks the goods though he has only played a handful of first grade games.

England should not be disappointed but then again India are also playing a lot of debutants resting Bumrah and Kholi.

    India need 71 runs.

    121 - 5.

It still doesn't look like we scored enough in our second innings.

Retire Jimmy and unless Stokes can contribute with the ball get rid of him as well.

Root saved his arse with that first innings but I would also consider sacking him.

The unwashed can cotigulate out why they lost but fact is because their batting is not good enough.

    45. 87, it's all the same when you lose like that...
