Puerile?
Yeah, ok.
Perhaps it's the combination of alcopops and City's guard of honour?
Whatever.
Oh Kevin De Bruyne
Goal of the season!!

Liverpools Salah awarded players player of the year.

As much as I respect Wenger for what he's achieved in English football you can't really argue that he's recently regressed and that fans complaints are understandable. God forbid those complaints might harm the image of the dictator though:

Like Fergie in his latter years at United but without the trophies.
If you were ever in any doubt about what football means to working class people in working class cities across the world, have a look at Naples last night after Napoli won at Juventus in the last minute:

Whats a working class City?

What do you fookers know about work?
Sitting on your fat arses in the sun doing fook all
Here is the full list of the night's winners, per the PFA's official website:

- Women's Player of the Year: Fran Kirby, Chelsea
- Women's Young Player of the Year: Lauren Hemp, Bristol City
- PFA Merit Award: Cyrille Regis
- Special Achievement Award: Casey Stoney
The truth is that Arsenal have managed to avoid the hopeless merry go round of stupid spending and changed managers willy nilly.
That era is now over at Arsenal.
And the young and the stupid minority that have been clamouring for Wenger to go may find the grass is not actually greener on the other side of the fence.
Unfortunately they are clueless twats that think because they can win on Championship Manager, any fucker can do it.
And Napoli havent even gone top of the league![]()
The celebrations in Abu Dhabi were probably a bit better.![]()
I have a feeling you may be correct.
Going back to Wenger’s original appointment, no had ever heard of him or Grampus 8. It would have been a different board of directors that were brave enough to appoint him back then, after a succession of mediocre ex players who failed to bring the kind of success enjoyed by Bertie.
It will be interesting to see where Wenger goes next. Retirement maybe? Punditry is a non starter because he never sees anything interesting or contentious.
Possibly even a 'job swap' with Deschamps after the World Cup finals?
That would explain the timing..
Making a truckload of cash in China is probably more likely though.
Don’t think he needs the money and he is happily settled in London. At least that’s what his missus says.
Did Sven Goran Eriksson 'need the money' do you think?
How about Scolari?
