^ Anyone get how funny that is.....
Who scored Italy's winning goal?
Yes.... Mario Balotelli.....
So maybe he didn't point out there were no blackies in Italy's team because there is.....

Can you guys keep the racist crap on the innumerable racist crap threads, please?
Do you believe I watch the matches on Thai TV with Thai commentary, and in the middle of the night? So the Italians have one Mohr after all, and the Argentinians haven't. However, look very closely at what you're endorsing. Closer. And don't forget they're after the Malvinas.
Boon Mee: 'Israel is the 51st State. De facto - but none the less, essentially part & parcel of the USA.'
Agree - in fact lets kick racism out of the 2014 world cup altogether!
lets start by banning all those racist players who only date white chicks
ie all England's team .
You would think out of all those young men, at least one would have a black, brown or yellow girlfriend .... no, never happens year after year.
At least Mario Balotelli ( how he get that name ? ) has a lady of colour , called
Fanny Neguesha, though it has to be noted he has 'shaded down' considerably.... and appears to likes her in blond .
Still full marks for trying .
Why kind of clown wears a silly cap like that and at a jaunty angle ?
Anyway Balotelli to lose the plot at some stage and miss the later stages of the World cup?
Couldn't say for sure, but he's probably just as Italian as Mussolini. First generation Italian of immigrant parents. Or even second generation born and raised. One can observe any national club these days and find a rainbow of diversity. With the exception of the Saudis - who "purchase" citizenship from the world over.
the england cup squad visited an orphanage in brazil today....
it's heartbreaking to see their sad little faces with no hope said juan age 7.
Germany spanking Portugal 4-0 like a red headed step child.. Game almost over about 6 minutes left with injury time.

I was just going to post on that match, although it was just 3-0 when I logged on.
Glad to see Ronaldo's injury worries aren't troubling Portugal.
I see the Germans can't help themselves when it comes to faking....
Mueller should have been yellowed for that one...although I'd have sent them both off...
1-0 USA over Ghana at the half...
Yanks win with late goal...86th minute...
2-1...
^Yeah, gotta give them credit...Outplayed, but found the way to win it...
It was Ghana's second half but the US pulled it out in the final minutes. Whew!
I agree he was playing well and then let the Ghanan player come in unchecked but surrounded by 4 defenders, Tim should have come off his line like he had been doing, the goal at that height would have been an easy save if he didn't hold his line.Originally Posted by Thormaturge
Fortunately this team is no quitter this cup and they came back to a legitimate win, no own goals, no penalty kicks given, players playing with broken noses, muscle sprains, leg cramps and pulled hamstrings.. I hope Altidore's hamstring is not too bad, fortunately this is one of the games they needed him most to match the Ghanan's speed and they still managed without him.
If he does have some recovery this week, I'd let him sit out until he's needed for back up with fresh legs but so he doesn't get over worked again, I fear he won't be back this week at least though and hopefully they won't miss him but if they are in danger of going down and they need him and he can go, he'll have plenty of time to heal if they don't win or draw, depending on the G-V-G outcome .
Playing Portugal now will be a slower more methodical game with older players I see the US matching up well and if Germany beats Ghana all we need is a win or draw to advance unless Ghana beats Germany with a few goals in hand and Portugal beats us the same. Let's hope that the worst case scenario doesn't happen and Germany and Ghana draw and we lose.
What I found so impressive here in the US was a massive national showing with huge crowds 20,000 plus in many instances around the country watching the WC. I'm very proud it's taking off like that at least, including Americans over seas..

Yeah I see your point about Dempsy, he is getting over the hill he's only the got the 6th quickest score in WC history and he should have gotten at least the 2nd or 3rd..Originally Posted by cyrille
Like I said, several before this one!!! They were out played but also obviously having heat and injury troubles which is a staff muck up, must be using Poweraid like Lebraun was, it was the catalyst in costing us an NBA championship with him too. If they are using that shite they should forgo any sponsorships and go back to tried and true, developed in Florida for the heat and humidity of tropical climates, Gatorade..
Altidore was the speed they needed to spread the field and run with the Ghanans he was out pacing them when he went down, it would have been nice for him to have shown you up on that point as well, oh well maybe in a week or 2 hopefully.. Even if he wasn't going to be successful in scoring, his being a threat and work horse would have opened the game for other players like Bradly and Dempsy to have more of a go, he was a big loss and so early and Dempsy played with a broken nose which no doubt hurt like carp with every step or bump he took not to mention the loss of his wind, there was lot of guts shown in this game.
I would titter profusely if the US can beat Portugal.
