Yes, stalker. One weird typo can only be done drunk…
Took to doing those by a vid Snub posted (Not his vid. Something along the lines of How vikings cooked, or something)
Fokload of rosemary, ground pepper, sea salt and breadcrumbs. Fokload of all of them.
Then fried in around 3kg of butter.
Fell in love, and did it every day for about a month until we couldn't stomach them anymore.
I went for Oregano, black pepper and sea salt. Skipped the breadcrumbs and grilled.
I've never grilled a pork chop before, and the new TEFAL oven has had little use. I erred on the side of caution and grilled them for 20 minutes as they were large.
I'd bring that down to 15 minutes tops next time.
They were still tasty though - even the cat enjoyed what little was leftover.

Yes, please be very careful as too much excitement can cause arrhythmia. All one needs with a pork chop is apple sauce.
Over a decade posting here and you can't even use the quote function.
Are you sure the ole dentures would manage a pork chop?
Maybe just go for the apple sauce, eh?
Oh, and you do know this thread is all about 'dinner', right?
Just my little joke, PAG.
130 baht from 'Rimping' Supermarket, and will definitely have them again.
I have been absent for the last couple of years and things have changed. What happened to the reputation system? Why can't I praise my laudable forum friends? I have a burning desire to "green" Neverna, Aging One and bsnub but am denied the sheer joy of doing so. My Thai missus has apple sauce with all roast meet dinners these days. Having said that, she has Yorkshire pudding with all of them too.
