McDonald's are selling a triple cheeseburger now.
Speg boll with loads of Garlic...
Cajun shrimp boil,
Small red potatoes quartered, and smoked Kielbasa sausage boiled in water and 3 tablespoons of Zatarains Creole seasoning (any Creole seasoning will do)for about 15 min until potatoes are soft but not falling apart.
Take potatoes and sausage out and in same water boil shrimp then set shrimp aside also.
In frying pan melt i stick of butter, toste a few cloves of garlic finely chopped ( about 1 min) add 3 tablespoons of Creole seasoning , 3 tablespoons of OLD BAY seasoning, 2 tablespoon of Chili powder, Chili pepper flakes to taste. 1 tablespoon brown sugar to bring everything together.
After a couple of minutes put some water from the shrimp boil in the spice/butter mix to thin it to traste, and throw shrimp in for a minute or two until coated.
Pour Butter. spice/shrimp mixture over potatoes and sausage and tosh together. , I like to bake the whole thing together for 10 min at 450F , but not necessary.
I wish I had some Muscles to put in,I think they would had been great , In Thailand they have these little fresh water clams, I think they will be great in the mix also. Corn on the cob and hard boiled eggs are good also.
If you don't like spicy you will not like this, but if you don't like spicy you have no business being in Thailand LOL.

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
Did you boil them first and then Bake them? or bake them straight. I don't normally make them because a mile away from my house in FL there is a Woody's Barbeque and they make the best ribs (falling of the bone) at a very reasonable price,Spare Ribs $15.99 A Full Rack of Baby back ribs $17.99. with two sides.and when I make them they never turn out that well and I spend more money anyway.
Yours look Great!!!
Nice ribs!
Can't go wrong with a roast chicken dinner, gravy was a tad lumpy though..
Every few weeks we pig out on several delightful pizzas and a good movie at home . . . both are vegetarian/vegan and gluten free and are brilliant - thin crust is a must.
One Purgatory and one Damned
A bottle of Ginger Beer for me, a glass of red for Mrs Hat and Coconut water for the littlest Hat.
Now have an outside kitchen due to the renovations that are going on. Still managed to whip up a nice pork chop meal with mash and mushrooms, along with prawns in a basket for the wife and I the last couple of nights.
6 to 8 weeks more of this building because its the god damn rainy season.. I cant get the construction to align properly but the thumbnails are there. Side yard and former kitchen.
First thanks David, secondly, Panko, sorry about that PH. The bottom picture David resized was my kitchen.
It's been dull and grey all day so it called for a traditional Birdseye Cottage Pie, on a bed of Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire Puddings with a side of locally sourced bread and butter. Washed down with a locally brewed cool, fizzy lager beer.
Proper Sunday food.
I'd like to see what morning looks like
Don't wanna drink pint after pint
I wanna wake up without feeling sick
But I can't cuz I'm a drug-abusing alcoholic
