    ^ Need more photos.

Looking good, but those little crabs . . . I don't see the point and they're full of little crawlies and stuff . . .

But the big crabs and prawns . . . oh yea!

Yea, but, the little crabs are deep-fried to the consistency of potato chips - all the little crawlies are well past their expiration dates.
The real concern is the little crabs they have to put in the Sum Tum - they're the health hazard vehicle

it did taste damn fine 10/10!

Compared to this meal at a mates house 1/10

    FFS

there was stir fried sprouts in there covered in sugar.

Spring rolls with dog food inside.

I'm sure it's not representative of all Flipper food.

The gardener is busy cooking at the MIL's funeral this week, which means not only am I doing a lot of gardening, but also that Yogi's pla chon didn't get cooked last night. I have no idea how to tackle that.

So... last night it was baked chicken with cheesy baked potato for the littlun...

And baked chicken with baked sweet potato for me. I've been told that sweet potato has zero calories... I certainly hope so as it's nowhere near as good as the real thing.

Pretty much the same between sweet potato and normal in terms of carbs. Sweet potato has more fiber, but the kicker is that sweet potato generally as a lower glycemic index. This means that the sugars from the sweet potato enter your blood stream more slowly than those from normal potato. This is important for people watching blood sugar levels (diabetics and pre-diabetics).
