Dinner from Bangkok Bay
^ Need more photos.
Looking good, but those little crabs . . . I don't see the point and they're full of little crawlies and stuff . . .
But the big crabs and prawns . . . oh yea!
Would get damn well stuck into the fish and chips.
Not sure what's on the Filipino plate.

there was stir fried sprouts in there covered in sugar.
Spring rolls with dog food inside.

^ by jove you're right, he's cropped the photy to hide the cheesy beef bisto too which he has over his rice.
There'll be a bombay badboy pot noodle outta shot too and a can of Frosty Jack.
The gardener is busy cooking at the MIL's funeral this week, which means not only am I doing a lot of gardening, but also that Yogi's pla chon didn't get cooked last night. I have no idea how to tackle that.
So... last night it was baked chicken with cheesy baked potato for the littlun...
And baked chicken with baked sweet potato for me. I've been told that sweet potato has zero calories... I certainly hope so as it's nowhere near as good as the real thing.

Pretty much the same between sweet potato and normal in terms of carbs. Sweet potato has more fiber, but the kicker is that sweet potato generally as a lower glycemic index. This means that the sugars from the sweet potato enter your blood stream more slowly than those from normal potato. This is important for people watching blood sugar levels (diabetics and pre-diabetics).
This looks really nice:
Fine work, Mendip...
