...this roast sea bass dish from the Singapore thread probably needs a little explanation: the fish is filleted and served under a pile of dried chilis, peanuts, soybeans, quartered onions, and green onions in a bath of what tasted like a broth with sesame oil, water, garlic and black pepper corns...under the fish is a bed of delicious lobster/taro balls...an excellent meal and sides well...before and after pics: worth the $ (see bill)...
