Was walking past a load of Thai street food carts and open front places when all of sudden I smelt something nice. On closer investigation I found a Thai fella stiring a huge cauldron of chicken byriani.
Very nice with a big pieces of chicken hidden underneath.

At one of the schools I worked at myself and a Muslim teacher split a taxi to school in the am and she pointed a out roadside place like the one above....we ended up placing orders on our way there for the office staff once a week and then picking them up on our way to work.

They tricked me into thinking it was some other function. It was meant for my betterhalfs birthday.
Tonight did a BBQ Salmon Teriyaki and a mixed veggie. Wife was also doing some Khao lam
Small amount of olive oil on foil to eliminate sticking
Slightly drizzle of Homemade Teriyaki sauce
2 lime slices
All done. quite tasty......
