....the fork looks to be of op-shop quality, loosing a couple of marks.
Otherwise, an interesting mix.

Pan-seared smoked duck breast, farfalle drizzled with olive oil, balsamic, pinch o' thyme, ground salt and pepper.



Duck fat from the pan saved for roast potatoes.

Looking forward to the roasters.

The usual fish food, home made pork sausage / natural casing (of course) dipped in stone ground mustard and a dash of ketchup. Garlic bread with pepper jack topping, asparagus and my special homemade avocado dip with the El Ray chips for dipping. Not to bad for a quick meal as the sausage, asparagus and avacado dip were basically left overs.

Might treat myself
