    Posh bastard.

I'm going to invite him out for a beer and whilst he is waiting for me break into his penthouse and steal his crockery.
Fecking cheaper than buying it at the Emporium.

You don't see too many burgers on this thread. Plenty of good pics, but not too many of one of the easiest and most satisfying feeds a man can have when he's pissed as a fart or sober as a judge.

As it's nearly the weekend, can anyone step up to the plate over the next few days?

edit: just done a search as far back as April and not a burger in sight apart from a KFC, which doesn't count, and a BK which is alright when you're in a rush.

Burgers must be one of the few foods that never taste as good homemade, so weekends are a good time to do some testing. The Kiwi on soi 8 was doing a good one earlier this year but there's a fair bit of competition...

    Yeah, it looks alright that.

What I want from a burger is cheese desperately clinging on to the overhanging bacon and dripping down the sides of the meat; meat that's still nice and juicy. You want a nice bun too, to soak up the accompanying sauces, and to make a few mini chip butties when you're dealing with the accompanying potatoes.

You know you've had a burger when you have to undo the belt buckle and can't move for at least an hour.

Made these up a few weeks ago, not great but did the job.

    The fixings:

    Cooked and cheesed.

Some relish made from grilled onions garlic and tomatoes.

Served the kids prefer shoe string fries. It was their time to pick.

A couple or three slices of a nice smoked bacon on each would have made it a meal to remember....

Woke up in an Ayuthaya nurse, so stopped off in Talad Klang for some fresh Gung Mae Naam Ayuthaya.

Got 300grm of the deheaded meat.

Then Tops on the way home to find something to go with them.

Think I'll do a shrimp Jalfrezi and 3 icy liters of Weissbier. Just need to remove one's belt first.

First time getting these jars so picked up some Tikka Masala ones for an emergency.

    ^ Don't think you're allowed to Daffodil.

You need to thrown them back into the little enclosed fishing 'lake' so the next paying todger along can 'catch' it. Poor foker has probably gone through more hooks and bait than yourself and Dapper combined.

Hand grenade fishing is banned in most countries except Russia.

Made some burgers yesterday and realised as I was putting them on the buns that I'd forgotten to add salt. What a dickhead.

Still, at least the bacon was tasty.

Well, I have eaten two burgers of sorts in the last few days. First was a Japanese burger in a Japanese restaurant.

I couldn't taste much of the burger as the gravy overpowered it. Mediocre. 4 out of 10.

The next 'burger' was not actually called a burger but something like a Cumberland sausage with a fried egg and Gouda cheese - courtesy of Starbucks.

Cumberland sausage my ass. It was a sausage meat burger - with a fried egg and some cheese. Still, it filled a hole. Fair. 6 out of 10. The chocolate espresso brownie was very nice and the latte not bad either.
