Iced Soda Water is the key
Respectfully disagree on that, had some great battered fish around Thailand over the years. The Retox group have certainly got it right (for my taste anyway), a light and crispy beer batter that compliments the fish nicely.

Not to make you loose your lunch but this is supposed to be the cats ass. May taste like one as well, I wouldn't know. It's pickled cassia leaves in brine with other things like ant eggs and roots. The locals love it they say. Maybe a few members like _ _ _ _ may like it.
Reminds me of a Life cereal commercial "I'm not going to try it you try it."

Theyre quite tasty those rice rats i'd imagine.
It doesnt look as harrowing as the charred dogs skull i saw on a finished bbq in Cambo.
