Something light, quick and tasty for me this evening.

    1. Throw some lightly peppered superior quality Norwegian smoked salmon onto a slice of terrific Tops multigrain bread.

    2. Add an artistic layer of freshly torn hydroponicked rocket to the awaiting salmon and bread combo.

    3. Place a second slice of terrific Tops multigrain bread on top of the awaiting threesome and slice sexily.

    4. Hungrily devour the delishiousness then quickly make another one 'cuz you're still not full.

    Yummmmm!

You probabaly don't, Ant. There's about 6 months of your fat allowance in that single piece.

Second helping of the first course has now been consumed.

The second course was served quickly and consisted of a freshly opened vacuum-packed delishious cob of golden corn. Cool and refreshing.

Dessert is a thick and ripe Thai hom banana, caressed by two slices of terrific Tops multigrain bread and lubricated with a slurp of top quality British apricot fruit spread. Umm. Yummmmmmyyyy.

It was good, Dill. The flavours go well together. And I made it an open sandwich to enhance the fruit flavours and minimize the bread intake. I even took a photo of it.

Just for you, Dillinger. (Don't let Luigi see it. He might copy it and turn it in to some Italian wonder dish!!)
