There's a Muslim guy that fries chicken on the sidewalk outside the place I work on weekends that is simply the best fried chicken I've ever had...and I'm a Southern boy raised on the stuff.Quote:

Shit is apparently rocket surgery to the dude.
Thighs are the best part btw :)
This evening I shall be dining on a metric fuck tonne of Italian food. Probably chase that with a headache-inducing amount of red wine also.

Went to Bistro 82 again as they were doing an offer on Cordon Bleu- was worried that this being Myanmar is could come out very oily. Wasn't disappointed in the end.

loopy, either it was dressed with olive oil or it is really quite oily, the tomatoes are sitting in oil, and the few chips are greasy as is the chicken.... Paper towels...:)

Homemade lasagna is yums. Comfort food.
It takes time to prepare, but you canny beat it if done well. Mine is renowned within my family and close friends. Made with love.
I use the green pasta sheets.
It's something i would never ever order in a restaurant.

It really does. My lady made it from scratch with all local ingredients save the imported Italian tomatoes and sauce. Loaded with delicious local Italian sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Pure heaven.Quote:
