No point in trying to be more important than I am already and and would never pretend to use smokey stuff on my meat. If it's not Heinz Tomato, it has to be HP Brown Sauce. HP is for sausages. Mustard if a sausage sandwich.

hand made beer battered fries.. steak (medium rare) with fried onions & mushroom sauce.. damn! forgot to try the Jap sauce - was very good with steak.

Team effort tonight... I made the stuffed jacket potato... wife made the ribs..
She followed a recipe by a famous female Jap wrestler... she used Ginge ale - as the base for the sticky sauce.. I was skeptical, but they turned out brilliant!
