^ Excellent work, Sir.
Some pics of the completed masterpiece, if you can please.
I'm trying very hard not to do one - stoopid fudging diet :) - but doubt that I can hold out for the entire festive period. :)

Just into the oven for their first 45 mins, with the whiskey ribs on the shelf above them.

Not in Lulu's house.
I just turned mine and couldn't help notice that I've successfully baked the paprika and seasoning onto the casserole dish. :)
Oven tray and tinfoil next time. Shoulda followed the master precisely instead of trying to be a clever koont. :)
^ proves you pretty much need to wrap everything in some form of a condom these days not just ya dick

Textbook, textbook, error made on Saturday night. I think I need to brush up on my bengali.
So there I was - going through the motions on the telephone: lamb shaslik for me, a korma for the kids, the mrs will have a jalfrezi, we'll have a few onion bahjis, some sag-aloo, a stack of spicy poppadoms, and - here's a curve ball for you Sanjay - some garlic mushrooms.
I had visions of a tray of english farmhouse mushrooms coated with a crispy batter and flavoured with herbs, garlic and lemon with possibly a small pot of sour cream to enhance the mushroom cosuming experience. Mmm mmmm. I couldn't wait. I'll probably make this is standard component of Saturday night's feasting from now on - how have I never noticed them on the menu before?!
Oh.

Save some for me, Slap. :)
