This is how I make the gravy .....I put the Pork in a cereal bowl and the add a dollop Oyster Sauce and a sprinkle of Rosdee Pork Flavor Seasoning Powder,I then top up the bowl with water.Brown the Pork off in a wok with a little oil and then add the liquid from the bowl.simmer the pork untill the gravy is nice and thick ...6 or 7 baht maximum :)
Cooking gas 2 or 3 baht tops ;) ....so lets call it 50 baht all in :)
You wouldn't recognise me now mate :roll eyes:Quote:

Somebody has to say this :
Please may we have some pictures of food that looks as though it is nice to eat ? Recent pics are enough to turn me anorexic.
Well you know what you have to look forward to in your upcoming new life ^ :)
None of these starchy, fatty farang foods with unclean meat is to be recommended.
At least my pizza was Halal.
I try to keep to a Paleo Diet as much as possible...........there's nothing wrong with Meat and Vegetables :)
A Paleo Diet Meal Plan and Menu That Can Save Your Life
Sorry to sound a tad chauvinistic, BOLOA.
If you're in a meaningful , happy , loving relationship in Isaan (Issarn) - just WHY the F**k are YOU cooking ? :ourrules:
Don't tell me SWMBO can not cook farang food to your manly man specifications...or that she was out working to support the two of you...or she was too tired...or...
(You've lost me , dude.) :UK:
Cottage Pie.
Couldn't wait to try...Back in the oven for a bit more 'browning off.'

in for dinner most nights, the best part of 5kg has been packed on.
So it's diet time again, and tonight's dinner was a boring but low-cal chicken breast and salad.

Talk about a let-down :crying:
Steak and chips look delicious!
It was delicious Charley. That was at Outback Jacks which is a steakhouse chain, though it's hard to go wrong when it comes to getting a good steak anywhere down there. But, the best steakhouse on the Gold Coast is Moo Moo where we went a few times too. Here's a pic of one visit, my steak was an Oakey Angus Reserve Rib Fillet (30 months of age, grain fed for 150 days) with a mushroom sauce and our sides were glazed maple carrots with almonds, tempura onion rings, broccolini with winter vegetables, and Waygu fat potatoes. There's a reason this place get's so many golden plate awards, farking awesome. And yes, someone ordered fish. That would be Mrs Worx

What's Waygu fat? :)
At least that one gave you a decent sized plate. The one above would have to be a Kobi not to have half the salad and chips on the table
