No apologies for that. Tinned mushrooms and gravy mix too. I leave the gourmet pretensions to others, I'm just a meat and potatoes kind of guy.Quote:

Humberto...Looks the bollocks and you can't beat, tinned garden peas.
Have some more greens!
Yes you can, that's how you bloody Norverners get mushy peasQuote:

Oven baked breaded chicken, mashed spud, and coleslaw will be coming later on this rainy day. And there'll be a fucking TON of gravy involved :)
:smiley laughing: ^ Ive often wondered why ST never appears on here nowadays

After 15 hours of slow-cooking.
One sneaky one for lunch.

What gravy is that?
It looks a bit thick, you'd think you had a water shortage down there:)

Yep, just looked its never empty.
Anyone know a sausage and rice casserole recipe?
How about dirty rice. The name is sure to please the missus....Quote:

^ There's chicken giblets in that :puke:
Although it looks better than the beef stew I've just been offered, with yesterdays Army boot Thai beef from Klong Toey market

Yes it's thick because that's the way I prefer it. Just add a bit more water for a thinner gravy.

Ooooooo, Pork Pie, very nice, it has been a while; I'd love a nice Pork Pie or Scotch Egg.
No pictures of the actual dinner because I ate it sharpish, but you can see the pot if you like! You know the braised pork from Tesco Lotus, used to be 30 baht back in the day, from the Lotus food hall, my personal favourite, well the missus asked me last night what I want for dinner tonight and this popped into me head - very nice it was too:

Not many places in Korea you can get that. Penang Curry last night. Green Curry Chicken when the (can't remember the name of it) runs out.
Oh yeah, nearly forgot: you lot need to sort out that fukin gravy mess, disgusting; look in the pot above, that's gravy! & as for those peas, I won't even comment... :)
