With thanks to agingone for a wonderful recipe I enjoyed 'Pork Carnitas' last night with a spicy salsa. Truly delicious :)

Yup sure does ,, can't beat a midnight snack ,, especially on a Sat night after a couple of shandies :mid:
Gonna be in a similar situation tomorrow as we have a lovely piece of topside to roast for Sun dinner ,, watch this space !
