Splendid work dear chap :)
(Maybe we should start a breakfast thread!)
I went up north for a few days to help the BaanPong lodge that advertises here some help on their western menu. I only got a few shots, but here are some of marinaded then barbecued pork fillets, rice pilaf, and mixed vegetable skewers being done up.
In the kitchen getting to know the head chef and starting to marinade the veggies, red bell, mushrooms, and red onions. Rim Ping Market is the best.

The marinaded fillets ready for the barbecue.

Cooking on the barbecue. We fed about 9, plus the staff. All on the house, the guests were happy.

Trying to get a few posts in.
nigalandjan. Those Yorkshire puddings looked scrumptious!
Charley.
BTW. I live in Petchaburi.
^^^ Nice work AO. Haven't had a BBQ for a while now.
Dinner tonight was... well... umm... not sure what to call it as I just made it up as I went along but it consisted of Cajun seasoning, Spicy BBQ sauce, chili, tomato, onion, garlic, chicken breast and a few other bits and bobs :) Twas surprisingly tasty. I skinned the 3 whole chilis and made a dip/paste with some garlic to eat with the rice.

Good on ya AO
No its been set up outside the kitchen. It was between the serving area and where the guests eat, just next to the pool. Kept the heat very well, and the owner had found western hickory smoked charcoal so it was lovely. :)
She was putting the garlic spread I taught her to make on the lovely french bread I had gotten fresh that morning at Rim Ping Market.Quote:
