Not bad at all, would have liked to have tried them roasted in goose fat.
This new pot of Tom Yam I knocked up last week is the bollix. Burny burny and hot sour. I add peas, kidney beans and prawns to the broth when make a bowl.

Senorita loves this stuff and is over like a whippet when I get my Tom Yam on. She wants the recipe but I think giving her the recipe could be strategic error as she may no longer come and visit me.
That moment when you've had a satisfying meal and need to recover on the sofa watching Blue Planet 2, listening to the dulcet tones of David Attenborough.

I remember years ago there was an Irish bar across the road from the Orchard Hotel in Singapore, that did a great liver and mash in an onion gravy.
Well, this was better!
