^^^ Well as a steak eater, that is prepared to perfection. But I do understand some like their steak incinerated to the point it is like gnawing on a rawhide strip until their jaws hurts. :)
I seared a rib eye tonight!
60 seconds either side then wrapped in tin foil and put in the air fryer for 5 mins on full then left to rest in the airfryer for 10 minutes.
Was very succulent and juicy, literally fell apart.
Not my cup of tea tbh but I did it as an experiment.
In hindsight I should have bbqed it to within an inch of its life and covered it in baked beans American Cowboy style.
