That's a bit harsh. It is bloody hard to find a good steak in Thailand. Unless you are gonna pony up the $$ it's not a thing with the average Thai they can't justify the expense. Tomcat might have more to say on the subject? That fucker seems to like strapping the feed bag on etc

Nothing flash. Thinly sliced pork belly, shitloads of assorted vrg , stir fried in soy, oyster sauce. Fish sauce,a tonne of garlic. Served with a bowl of rice. Sure hit the spot. Kids hoovered it up too

Decided to go Dilly Decadent tonight with my masterpiece that is Speg boll, all fresh ingredients cooked from scratch but instead of red wine added to the sauce I've opted for the Tawny Port from Portugal.

'Italian Grated Cheese' - obviously the low grade generic stuff, but some people are dumb enough to buy it just because of the famous name.
Even high grade non generic pre grated Parmesan is a big no. It’s mostly flour (to stop it clumping, and to pad out the volume).
