Looks like Mango.

The chicken and bacon fat/juice leaked out of the foil packet and soaked into the oven chips, making them a bit soggy and stopping them browning off.

But they were surprisingly nice, nonetheless.

Back on track Mrs bld called and said she was flat out at work and could I make dinner. Of course I can but I'm.not as good a cook as chiitty . So I accepted the challenge and as luck would have it I was in a burb with a butcher that keeps winning the sausage competitions. $25 a kilo that gives you about 10 bangers. Can get them for $10 at woolies but they are shit. These bad boys were great. Mashed spuds. Caramelised onions ala Gordon ramsey recipe and job doneAttachment 119185

There's no guide you just have to be a good person to start with. your starting from.a low base . AO has raised a couple of daughters put em through uni now they are 2 young woman standing g on there own 2 feet. Big respect to AO will you 2 do the same ?

Yeah. They look good. I just grilled up some Italian Spiced sausages I picked up from our local butcher for my Pops and I. Dropped them into a Artisan style sausage buns with Guldans Mustard and some ketchup for lunch.
