Some uncultured seppo will be along to pour cold water on her masterpiece. Tell her from me its near perfection or would be if the beans had malt vinegar on.

You need to get the missus some bisto dill and teach her to make it. Then you can have some juicy meals.

I don't want it near baked beans though

I swear by the Bisto powder in the brown cardboard boxes.

Stir up a teaspoon of Bisto powder with a teaspoon of flour for a nice thick gravy every time.

^ That's a pretty new version with the Penguin, Cat and Dinosaur pieces... I gave my daughter the same for Christmas.

Did it also have that silly new 'Chance' card saying to throw the 100 notes into the air and see how many you can catch? We ignored that one.

Oh... nice looking food as well!

Slightly of topic . But I reckon Monopoly was the best board game ever invented. And it's even more amazing that it's still relevant today, even in it's slightly changed version. Fooking great memories of the whole family playing it on a Friday night after fish n chips, coz Friday was fish n chip night and monopoly. No such thing as internet then. Smartass phones etc. Wow. Happy days indeed, it's actually bringing back great family moments writing this. Sorry for d interruption. Crack on with the cookery.

Always a problem when someone puts beans and gravy on the same plate. Fortunately, in the case of bangers and mash, the mash provides a barrier for equal servings of either. Like your mash could have done.

Why do you brits like your dinners a sloppy mess? Canned syrupy beans, mash with gravy and some canned veggies.

Why don't you skip the plate program and put it all in a blender on "Frappe" and call it a day. Just suck your dinner up through a straw....

*All* Brits? You know there are a fair few million of us? And no plate containing gravy could ever be called a mess! Let's get that straight right away!

Anyway, Dil doesn't have any teeth. How else is he supposed to eat?

Ok. Sorry for the generalizations Hal. I should say You British TD posters.

To me it all looks like a meal that should be blended. The plates I see all the servings are liquidous and run together. Wouldn't a Blender be easier?

I don't believe it has that one, I think I bought this a few years ago in the UK, great game though. My daughter is setting up another game as we type, a little disgruntled she lost the last one.

It was a great meal all for the price of 230baht so not that bad.

I agree and a great way for a family to interact with eachother. That can be hard to do nowadays with all the bloody electrical distractions.
