^ Holy fook!
Very nice.

^^that just looks like a whole load of carcinogenic goodness
No nitrites, its positively life prolonging.
My aunty who is 99 and who i posted about on another thread, she used to cook sausage, tomato and egg in lard, then take that out of the pan, cook bacon in lard and fried bread, take that out of the pan and leave the fat and cook the laverbread. All this was served with 3 slices of bara brith bread sliced thin with slabs of butter almost as thick as the bread. She'd stand over me making sure i finished it all![]()

I know mate, it's all mostly bullshit and genetics. I bet your aunty walked a lot or was very active for most of her life. If you have fairly good genes, have an active job and don't smoke or drink too much, 'unhealthy' food isn't much of a problem. My great aunt and grand mother (siblings) lived till their late 90s and they said just do everything in moderation, stay active and get some sun.
One should listen twice as much as one speaks
