I'm willing to bet that you don't know a bap from a bagel, oh and your arse from your elbow.

    Hows the Grest Escape going?

You could try and tunnel under the fortifications, Dick would be uour option or build a Colditz style hang glider from your High rise.

Either way your Escape is doomed...

No, It's a 2013 Speed Triple SE (Special Edition). Only 200 were made. The Speedy wasn't made in Thailand until later.

My 2015 Street Triple was made in Thailand. That was the first year that they weren't sent to UK for QC and a few other finishing bits then re-imported back to Thailand with import tax. They went from 750k to 460k overnight. That sucked balls for anyone looking to sell a 2014 model.

I had 2 slices of french toast clarted in coleslaw with fried eggs on top for breakfast.

To be honest, it's just shredded carrot, lettuce and cabbage. there's no mayo or sauce in there.

Gotta make a dent on your 5 a day at breakfast somehow.

Aye, mad for it on the rig last night.

There was a table tennis grand final between day shift and night shift at 9pm tea break.

It kicked off between the shifts.

    Men overboard and everything.

Here's my post-heart-attack breakfast: Poached eggs on whole wheat muffins with homemade guacamole. Spinach, mushrooms and garlic on the side.

This was actually breakfast for 2, we just piled everything on my plate for the picture.

I wouldn't share that with anyone.

I had a tuna sandwich for breakfast today, but lobbed a fried egg into each triangle.

That looks fantastic, especially considering it *shudder* doesn't contain any meat.

This is the typical breakfast offering on this boat.

First there is the full Norwegian fry-up. The sausages appear to have cheese oozing out, but they're still no-where near as good as proper English sausages so I have given them a miss.

And along the counter a bit is the Filipino offering. God knows what the two trays on the right contained, but as a fall back I sometimes have the soup with some rice.

But seeing as the 6am breakfast is mid-way through my shift I have completely avoided the fry-up breakfast food so far. To be honest I can't understand why a ship on 24 hour operations has a 'breakfast' meal at 6am. There would be uproar if they put out a 'breakfast' at 6pm but this is just the way it is in Norway and I'll leave it there before being told to 'fukk off somewhere else if I don't like it' by Helge!

Every day I get one of my colleagues plates up the evening meal for me to eat at breakfast which is a lot healthier and also give me that element of anticipation before I retrieve my meal from the fridge. Yesterday I had the nice surprise of lamb shank, one of my favourites.

It looked a little dry after microwaving but after rolling the shank around in the (non-alcoholic) red wine gravy it was just the job.

I suppose you can always chuck a fried egg on top if you're feeling home sick.
