Indeed! Avocado, bacon and fresh french rolls added to my list. I got plenty of tomatoes from my garden.

Have to wonder about how smart it is to fire the stove up and cook breakfast at home when this is available for 99 Baht, including tea or coffee, in an aircon restaurant.

They do a good trade and the place was busy but there couldn't be much meat left on the bone at that price, more-so as the bacon and sausage are Manston products that aren't cheap! The blackboard specials for lunch/dinner looked fantastic today though, maybe some of the breakfast crowd will be back later to eat again and order meals with a bit more mark-up (though still at what I think are very reasonable prices). This definitely caught my eye:

Can order extra bacon and there's bigger breakfast dishes that come with more bacon on the menu too. But for a 99 Baht light-bite, definitely can't complain.

I would be very tempted by that also. The norm with selling food at virtually cost price is to make profit on drinks. Given the theoretical ban on bar/restaurant alcohol sales in your neck of the woods, even that isn't happening. Guess it's just a case of breaking even and covering staff costs at the moment.
