I knocked up a couple of one-eyed Egyptians:

Couple of Irish pork sausages, scrambled eggs, and a mess of cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and onion.

A couple of Warbies teacakes smothered in butter and my trusty Vietnamese coffee filter still doing the business in the background.

Finally tried new Wendys breakfast. It looks like rebadged tim hortons biscuit. Same with the hash browns. Ok for 6.45 canadian.

I think you mean "rosti". Americans do not eat those processed things you call hashbrowns. They are not deep fried.

Grated potatoes cooked on the flat top or in a skillet. Onions sometimes added.

About as basic as basic can get but it's a couple of times each week favourite, cheesy scrambled eggs on toasted multigrain that's been drizzled with EVOO.
