I would have been putting the blessing of sauce on the yolk, not the beans, and then breaking the yolk with a chip. Saves the effort of dunking into the yolk and then the sauce.

Eggs just aren't right without hot sauce on them. I get very funny looks over here when i ask for some with breakfast!

Really laughing out loud. Do you see the potatoes and onions? They would be where a few drops of a really nice garlic hot sauce my kids brought me would be put.
