Last night Joy made a delicious Mossman (sic) green chicken curry with rice. Lovely jubbley.
Well, there was a bit left over. The real bonus was that there was a load of chicken left over which she'd bbqd.
Tonight we took the left over curry, chucked in the left over chicken, added some water and stirred. Chucked it in the micro for a bit.
Then, microd a spud till tender.
Then grated cheese on the curry stuff. Cut up spud and added more cheese.
Microed a bit then let let rest. Bloody good stir, a splash of chilli sauce, stir.........
Yum yum.
